Medications
Cancer Meds: Erleada (Daily), Eligard Shot (Every 3 Months)
Other Meds: Blood Pressure Losartin/HCTZ 50/12.5mg (Daily)
Food
Breakfast: Black Coffee, 2 eggs, 1 cup of spinach or broccoli (Trader Joe’s frozen) or 1 cup of TJ’s Organic Oats with a ½ cup of mixed frozen berries (TJ”s frozen).
Snack: Apple or bananas with ½ cup of raw cashews (TJ’s) or ½ cup raw almonds or ½ Trader Joe’s Trek Mix, TJ’s Sun Lovin Dates (medjool dates) must eat 5 per day.
Lunch:4-6 oz of fish, chicken or steak (only 1x per week) with green leafy vegetables. I use TJ’s frozen mostly.
Snack: ½ cup TJ’s Greek Nonfat Yogurt with ½ cup TJ’s mixed frozen berries and ½ cup TJ’s Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola.
Dinner: 4-6 oz of fish, chicken or steak (only 1x per week) with green leafy vegetables. I use TJ’s frozen mostly.
Treat: TJ’s frozen mango cubes 1 cup or TJ’s dark chocolate 1-2 oz
Fluid Intake: 32oz of Alkaline Water (Smart & Final), 12 oz of TJ’s Coconut Water mixed with 12 oz of TJ’s Organic Aloe Vera Juice with a scoop of Fruits/Greens Powder (Amazon). Intake of all fluids must be complete by 6pm, the earlier in the day the better.

Morning: Multi Vitamin, Calcium 600mg (Amazon, Pure Brand), D3 125mcg (TJ’s), K2 MK-7 100mcg (Amazon, Nutricost Brand), 1 Glucosamine Chondroitin Turmeric & MSM cap (Amazon, Bronson Brand 60 caps), 1 teaspoon of Cod Liver Oil (Amazon, Carson Brand, I like lemon flavor), 1 cap Mushroom Complex 18-in-1 (Amazon, DMEISY Brand)
Noon: Vitamin C 100mg, Zink 50mg, Calcium 600mg (Amazon, Pure Brand), K2 MK-7 100mcg (Amazon, Nutricost Brand), No vitamin D3 at noon, 1 Glucosamine Chondroitin Turmeric & MSM cap (Amazon, Bronson Brand 60 caps)
Night: Magnesium 1000mg, Calcium 600mg (Amazon, Pure Brand), D3 125mcg (TJ’s Brand), K2 MK-7 100mcg (Amazon, Nutricost Brand), Collagen 12g (TJ’s Brand) with Whole Psyllium Husk 20g (Now Brand) with Fruits/Greens Powder (Amazon) mixed in 12 oz of filtered water (must drink quickly), 1 Glucosamine Chondroitin Turmeric & MSM cap (Amazon, Bronson Brand 60 caps), 1 teaspoon of Cod Liver Oil (Amazon, Carson Brand, I like lemon flavor), 1 cap Mushroom Complex 18-in-1 (Amazon, DMEISY Brand)
Fitness
Rowing: (I use Concept 2 rowing machine, purchased at Rogue Fitness) 30-60 minutes 5x per week with small 30 second resting periods every 5 minutes. Doing any exercise using legs is difficult because of leg fatigue (Medication Caused). I find rowing is all I can do at this time. If I’m feeling weak it helps to eat some fruit before rowing to get strength.
Sun: Sit in a zero gravity chair (Costco) facing the sun every morning for 10-30 minutes with your shirt off wearing shorts.
